Nuclear Medicine Technologist PRN

  • Graduate of an accredited program by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP), American Medical Association (AMA) or other Accrediting agencies

  • Current certification in good standing with ARRT and NMTCB

  • Current BLS certification

  • 1 year experience preferred

Position Summary :
Under limited supervision, technologist completes Nuclear Medicine procedures, including in vitro procedures; participates in performance improvement and quality control. Works within the guidelines established in the policies and procedures manuals and compiles with all radiation safety procedures. Works in accordance with the NRC, State or other regulatory or accreditation agencies. Performs a variety of tasks to comply with the record keeping required by regulatory or accrediting agencies.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements :
Education: Graduate of an accredited program by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP), American Medical Association (AMA) or other Accrediting agencies.
Licensure/
Certifications: Current licensure/registry/certification in good standing with at least one of the following credentialing agencies: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT), Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB). BCLS certification or required within 30 days.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of work related experience in all aspects of Nuclear Medicine Technology, preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
