Responsibilities - Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum that align with industry standards and meet the needs of our students.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional education.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting professional development and growth opportunities.
- Build enrollment while providing quality early childhood education.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or issues.
- Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
Experience - A minimum of 3 years of experience in education administration or a related field.
- Missouri state qualified director 100+.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
- Familiarity with higher education teaching methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
