This 152 Unit community is in the Belton area and we are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians.
Candidates must have 5 years of Maintenance experience.
The candidates must have experience in electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, unit make-ready and HVAC systems.
Experience with Hydronic heat systems extremely helpful.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technicians include but not limited to the following:
Perform timely repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, carpentry, etc.
Keep track and complete all work orders on vacant and occupied apartments, leasing office and children's playground.
Must be available for after hours and weekend on-call schedule.
Prepare the apartments for tour/next move in by conducting lock changes, move-out inspections, punch out, taking out the trash, scheduling vendors where necessary.
Safely use and perform periodic maintenance of tools and equipment (for e.
g.
, drill, saw, hammer, gauges, etc.
)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; current driver's license is required; HVAC certification is required; property maintenance experience; familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations is required.
$1,500 Sign-on Bonus (After 90 day probationary period).
