Rental Billing Analyst with Continuous Opportunities for Growth! A Day in the Life as a Rental Billing Analyst:
Billing Process Management:
Oversee the end-to-end billing process for rental transactions.
Generate and review invoices based on rental agreements and terms.
Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Process and post payments for customer invoices.
Data Analysis:
Analyze rental data to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any issues affecting billing.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate with customers to clarify billing inquiries and address concerns.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental agreements and billing information.
Create and maintain documentation related to billing procedures.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to gather necessary information for billing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline billing processes.
Reporting:
Generate regular reports on billing activities and key performance indicators.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in billing, accounting, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant billing software and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of rental industry practices and regulations is a plus.
Good Communication.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
