Job Title:
Business Office Manager with Continuous Opportunities for Growth! A Day in the Life as a Business Office Manager:
Manage invoicing of bus sales.
Coordinate and facilitate the completion of sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership and legal requirements.
Work closely with the sales team to process finance and lease applications.
Generate regular financial reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.
Assist customers in securing financing options and guide them through the financial aspects of purchasing or leasing a bus.
Maintain relationships with financial institutions and ensure compliance with their requirements.
Ensure all business activities comply with industry regulations and dealership policies.
Manage and maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and financial documents.
Serve as a liaison between the business office and other dealership departments, such as sales, service, and parts Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide necessary financial information.
Oversee the title and registration process for sold buses, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to relevant authorities.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
4 years minimum exposure to sales, sales management and sales performance coaching, sales excellence Experienced in Sales Operations and Sales Management Account Planning Performance Management Continuous improvement.
Deliver results Change management Strategic thinking Analytical & Problem-Solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
