The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records and data entry, updating transportation schedule and processing customer service requests.
Preparing related reports and coordinating activities with location manager:
including payroll.
Key Responsibilities Perform data entry.
Support management of schedule for transportation of vehicles while maintaining effective communications with field drivers and ensuring customer requirements are met.
Maintain local files Verify customer request and payroll information Create and file in folders Respond to customer inquiries Provide quality service and assist in resolving problems Handle incoming and outgoing mail Investigate billing errors Verify delivery and pickup reconciliation reports Communicate with auto auction transportation department as needed Communicate with accounting department in order to confirm accurate billing Communicate with HR and Payroll to confirm accurate onboarding of new hires and weekly timesheets for payroll.
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Effective communication and organization skills required Detail oriented Commitment to providing excellent customer service essential Experience in clerical/administrative and dispatch experience in the automotive industry preferred Data entry experience required Strong Microsoft Office Skills Excel, Word, Outlook Work Schedule:
