We are looking for a qualified program director who has ample experience in teaching early childhood and strong leadership.
Someone with good judgement, analytical skills, and who is responsible and is able to follow chain of command.
This position reports directly to the owners and is self-motivated, kind, has good judgment, and a team player.
Our program director will be responsible for all aspects of the center's program.
Center Director certificate and director experience is required for this position.

Be accountable for the operation of the school, ensuring that the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
Be responsible for ensuring an educational, caring and safe environment for the children and parents.
Spark imagination, build self-esteem and help children discover new things each day.
Recruit, select and retain quality staff.
Help achieve profitability for the company.
At least two years of solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic environment where play and creativity go hand in hand Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
